Shawdesh Desk: Two cases were filed against Kalabagan Krira Chakra Club president Shafiqul Islam Firoz, central leader of Bangladesh Krishok League, in connection with the recovery of illegal firearms and drugs from his possession.

RAB filed the cases with Dhanmondi thana on Saturday morning.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdul Latif of Dhanmondi thana confirmed the matter to media.
On Friday, Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Shafiqul around 4:00pm suspecting that some people are engaged in running Casino business illegally there.
